We offer easy exchanges within 3 days of delivery.



✔ Eligible for Exchange:

Item received is damaged or defective. Wrong product delivered.

Size or style exchange (subject to availability).



❗ Conditions:

Product must be unused and in original packaging.

All tags, boxes, and accessories must be intact.

Request must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.



🚫 Return Policy



We currently do not offer refunds.

Exchange the product.

Or receive store credit (in special cases).

🚚 Exchange Shipping



Customers may be required to pay delivery charges for exchanges.

In case of damaged or wrong item, Ornavella will cover the shipping cost.
