Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes. Ornavella offers Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Simply select COD at checkout and pay cash when your order is delivered to your door.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 5 to 7 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and courier availability.

What are the shipping charges?

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Email us at ornavella.official@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. Our team will respond with return instructions within 1 to 2 business days.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at ornavella.official@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation.
